David D. Dunn is a local performer, teacher, and digital artists in Chattanooga, originally from the New York City area, is happy to be living in a new city, teaching at local schools such as Cleveland State Community College, GPS, The Baylor School and the McCallie School, as well as having a private studio at Southside Studio. David considers himself a inter-disciplinary artist, and a Certified Sommelier and Certified Yoga Instructor. Always pursuing the understanding of how the different artistic disciplines, whether visual, performance, or culinarily based, can lend to better understanding the others. HIs digital prints have been seen in galleries in New York and Los Angeles.
He is a graduate from the Fieldston School in Riverdale, New York City, the Hoff-Barthelson Music School in Scarsdale, NY, received his BM in Clarinet Performance from the Hartt School of Music, completed the requirements for a B.A. in Spanish from the University of Hartford, a MM in Clarinet from Rutgers University, studied graphic and web design at The Academy of Art University, San Francisco and studied wine at The Sommelier Society of America, and American Sommelier both in Manhattan, NY. He received his Yoga Certification under Jimmy Barkan.
